Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your check-in time (4:00 PM) are fully refunded at no charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge equal to the first night's amount. If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of up to $200 is required for all reservations at check-in. The deposit can be held on a credit card or provided in cash. This deposit will be refunded after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
No Indoor Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or any indoor areas of the property. Smoking outside is fine.
A $200 remediation fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in a guest room.
No Pets
To maintain a clean and allergen-conscious environment for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of an undisclosed pet is found in a guest room.
